Privacy notice
The data you provide to the Weig Group in the application form will be stored and processed by the Weig Group and used to contact you during the application process.
If you are not yet of legal age, you must first obtain the permission of a parent or guardian to apply to the Weig Group.
You also confirm that the information you provide is correct.
Purpose of data collection
The Weig Group requires your personal data in order to process your application. The data you provide in your application will be automatically processed and used for the purpose of selecting applicants.
Data collection
We only collect personal data (in particular first name, last name, address, email, telephone number, advertised position, information from the application) from you that is necessary for the application process.
If we ask you for your gender in the form of the desired salutation during the application process, this is solely for the purpose of addressing you correctly in our correspondence and communications. For reasons of better readability, we do not use both masculine and feminine forms simultaneously. All designations apply equally to both genders.
To process your application, we use the information you provide directly and, if applicable, information you have stored on professional online networks or job boards.
Data processing
Your data will, of course, be treated confidentially and will only be made available to those persons responsible for recruitment, and only the data that is necessary for the comprehensive review of your documents and that you have provided for this review.
If you have applied for a specific job vacancy in our company and the review of your application documents shows that you cannot be considered for this position, we will review your application for other open positions at the Weig Group.
Applicant pool
If your application cannot be considered for any current vacancies at the Weig Group, we may add your application to our applicant pool so that we can contact you again when a vacancy arises in the future.
Storage period
If your application is rejected or you withdraw your application, we will delete your data within six months. This does not apply if legal provisions prevent deletion or if you have agreed to longer storage.
If we add your application to an applicant pool, the data will be deleted after two years.
Data security
Your information will be treated as strictly confidential and encrypted during electronic transmission.
Right to information, right of withdrawal
You have the right to request information from us at any time about the data we have stored about you.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

As a precautionary measure, we would like to inform you that revoking your consent to the transfer of your application and inclusion in the applicant pool will result in your application no longer being considered for other positions.
